The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-profile infrastructure program delivering critical transport outcomes across Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the leadership, management and coordination of complex projects that will support the delivery of safe, reliable and future-focused public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to senior program leadership, you will:

- Lead the coordination and delivery of complex infrastructure projects and program activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, reports, submissions, decision briefs and governance documentation.
- Prepare high-quality project correspondence and reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Manage project finances, procurement, governance and administration activities.
- Oversee contract performance and provide advice on contractual matters to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Identify, assess and resolve project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide strategic and operational advice to support project delivery and investment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, frameworks and governance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support a positive team culture focused on collaboration, innovation and successful project delivery.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project and/or program management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering outcomes in complex project environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.




- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and solve complex problems.
- Experience preparing project documentation, executive reports, briefings and presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.

Highly Desirable

- Experience working within major infrastructure, construction, transport, rail, utilities or similar project environments.
- Exposure to government project delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing procurement, contract administration and project governance activities.
