About the Role
Love meeting new people and being the friendly face everyone sees first? We arelooking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our Hornsby clinic on a casual basis.
In this role, you will help create a great experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. From managing appointments and answering enquiries to supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, you will play an important part in keeping things running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, love working with people, and thrive in a busy setting,

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
- Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
- Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain a well-organised and professional reception area.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
- Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
