POSITION SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The Projects Support Officer position reports directly to the Manager – Operations and Organisational Support and works as part of a team where interdependencies and collaboration with colleagues,



QDN members and internal and external stakeholders are critical to the successful delivery of projects, services and activities.

The Projects Support Officer is accountable for the delivery of work assignments and projects, recognising when matters need to be referred to management for resolution. They will work to ensure the timely achievement of deliverables, within agreed budgets and performance levels. The position may require some travel.

The appointee will work within the requirements of relevant legislation including the Queensland Human Rights Act, and QDN's Quality System, demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement and contribute to internal and external auditing processes as required under ISO9001.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The appointee will fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with human rights principles and QDN's ethics, principles and values as reflected in the organisation's strategic plan 2024-28. The Projects Support Officer will be responsible for:

- Assist and support the delivery of pieces of work through organisational projects including delivery of activities, tracking data and information and administration in conjunction with Lead and other relevant teams including:
- Support system audits and system improvements across the organisation including to improve data quality, user engagement, workflow efficiencies, automation, digital transformation and other current implementations.
- Provide responsive systems support across the organisation including troubleshooting systems/issues.
- Assist in the training of staff, administration and development of the CRM system and assist in identifying gaps in data collection and implement standardised data governance protocols.
- Provide input to the development of tools that enhance QDN's capacity to measure impact, support decision-making and streamline operations.
