Heidi is seeking an operations-focused Communications lead to scale the team’s impact in a fast-growing healthcare tech company. You will own the operating rhythm, build workflows, and ensure messaging stays aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Head of Comms, you’ll manage capacity, budgets for external partners, and cross‑functional coordination across brand, product marketing and field teams, enabling the team to ship transparent stories at scale.
