Sodexo is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a 6-month fixed-term role to lead health, safety and environment across our Queensland team. You will report to the HSE Lead (East) and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance in office.
Responsibilities include audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and mentoring a FIFO‑rostered team of HSE Advisors, with travel to QLD and SA as required. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.
