Green Leaves Early Learning in Brisbane is seeking an experienced People & Culture professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist (parential leave cover) for approximately six months. You will transition to a full People & Culture Business Partner role, owning a portfolio and partnering with leaders to shape the people agenda.

You will bring HR generalist experience, solid ER capability, knowledge of employment legislation, and proven stakeholder coaching.
