You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Procurement to deliver measurable outcomes and lead transformation initiatives.
You will embed Lean principles, analyse data to identify opportunities, and mentor teams to sustain gains while supporting capital projects and equipment upgrades.
