About the Role

Ringwood Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Acute Medical/Surgical Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality patient care to join our established nursing team. This position sits within our Medical/Surgical Ward.

Location: Ringwood, Victoria

Contract: Full‑time (Permanent) and part‑time (0.8 FTE) positions available.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide evidence based nursing care
- Liaise with the multi‑disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end‑of‑life needs
- Maintain current registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision making and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills
- Specialty nursing experience (desired)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in an Acute Hospital setting
- Working with Children Check

- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in an acute hospital setting

Salary

Remuneration based on years of relevant registered nursing experience, aligned with Healthscope and VICNMA/ANMF – VIC Nurse and Midwives – Enterprise Agreement 2022. Salary range from $- $ per hour.

Contract Type & Working Hours

Full‑time (Standard 38hr week) or part‑time (0.8 FTE). Fixed term until 31/12/2027.
