Mackay Base Hospital’s Community Health and Therapy Services (CHATS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the permanent team, delivering clinical OT services to CHATS clients, including outreach to regional areas.

You will work within CHATS' three streams—Transition Care, Community Based Rehabilitation, and Commonwealth Home Support Programs—supporting discharge planning and home-based care across the Mackay region.
