The Company

Our clients are established construction contractors delivering major Data Centre projects and road projects up to $400m across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of technically complex work, they are looking for Site and Project Engineers who want to build their careers in the growing Data Centre and busy roads sector. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers and Construction Managers while gaining exposure to large-scale, high-value projects.

The Role

We are looking for ambitious Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join major Data Centre and road projects in Western Sydney and the Sydney basin. Previous Data Centre or road experience is highly regarded, however Engineers from commercial, industrial or large-scale building projects who are looking to move into the sector are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors,



managing packages and assisting the wider project team with successful project delivery.

Duties

- Manage subcontractors and project packages
- Coordinate site works, drawings, RFIs and technical documentation
- Assist with programming, procurement and planning
- Monitor quality, safety and project progress
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and the project team
- Assist with commissioning and handover

Skills & Experience

- Site Engineer or Project Engineer experience
- Civil, Roads, Commercial, industrial, Data Centre or major construction experience
- Relevant Engineering or Construction Management qualification
- Strong understanding of drawings and specifications
- Good subcontractor and package management skills
- A genuine interest in working on Data Centre projects
