Front of House Customer Service Assistant

Northern Rivers Seafood is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our Front of House team. As the Northern Rivers' largest supplier of fresh and local seafood, we've proudly served our community since 1983. We're a family-owned business with a fantastic reputation, and we're looking for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and wants to become part of our team.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting customers
- Serving fresh seafood with a smile
- Processing sales through the register
- Preparing customer orders
- Maintaining a clean and organised shop
- Working as part of a supportive and energetic team

About you

- Has a positive and friendly attitude
- Enjoys working with people
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking




- Can remain calm in a busy setting
- Is available to work weekends (essential)
- Has customer service or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
