ARB Caloundra is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 4x4 Accessory Sales Professional to join our passionate team.

About the Role

As a key member of the ARB Caloundra sales team, you’ll be one of the faces of the business, helping customers select the right products and accessories for their vehicles and adventures.

From initial enquiry through to fitment, you’ll provide knowledgeable advice, prepare quotes, manage orders and work closely with our workshop team to ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines 4WD knowledge with solid sales and customer service skills and wants to work in an industry they’re genuinely passionate about.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on ARB and aftermarket 4x4 accessories
- Assist customers in designing and selecting accessories for their vehicles
- Manage sales enquiries in-store, over the phone and via email
- Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently
- Coordinate with the workshop team to manage fitments and customer timelines
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business




- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom presentation
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, new releases and industry trends
- Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to completion

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in 4x4 accessory sales or a strong understanding of the 4WD industry
- Excellent product knowledge across suspension, vehicle protection, touring and recovery equipment
- A genuine passion for 4WDs, touring and the outdoors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, friendly and customer-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
- A willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest products and technology

Previous ARB experience will be highly regarded.

Important Details

This is a full-time position and will include rostered Saturday mornings.

Occasional attendance at industry events and trade shows will also be required.
