Job Type: Contract position | Full time position
Job Description
Key Responsibilities Food Preparation: Hand cutting and trimming of produce and raw/cooked meats; preparing vegetables and ingredients; measuring, mixing and batching components for various cooking methods
Assembly Line: Repetitive, hands-on production line work including portioning meals and moving products between areas
Machine Operation: Mixing ingredients and operating ovens, flow wrapping, date coding, X-ray, IBEX and mezzanine equipment
Physical, Rapid-Paced Work: Picking and packing products; lifting, pushing and pulling racks and boxes (up to 20kg)
Cold Environment: Working in temperature-controlled areas (approx. 4C) with occasional freezer work
