Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a confident Locum O&G; Registrar PGY5+ to support antenatal, intrapartum and emergency obstetric services.
This role is ideal for registrars who want a change of scenery, high-acuity maternity exposure and the lifestyle benefits of Northern NSW.
You will manage patients under consultant supervision while working closely with midwives, allied health staff and hospital teams.
Clinical Environment
- Birthing suites, antenatal clinics, theatre and emergency cases
- Labour management, Caesarean sections, D&Cs; and postnatal care
- Exposure to a diverse O&G; caseload
- Consultant guidance with autonomy where appropriate
- Robust preparation for registrars working toward FRANZCOG
Requirements
- AHPRA General Registration
- PGY5+ with recent Obstetrics and Gynaecology experience
- NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing
