Nationwide Corporate Services is looking for experienced and motivated CCTV & Security Control Room Operators to join our dedicated security team at the iconic Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct.

Home to the Australian Open, Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena and AAMI Park, Melbourne Park is one of Australia's premier sporting and entertainment destinations, hosting major events throughout the year.

About the Role

As a Control Room Operator, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of the Melbourne Park precinct.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring CCTV, alarms and access control systems.

- Identifying and responding to security incidents and potential risks.

- Coordinating onsite security officers and patrol teams.

- Responding to emergencies and escalating incidents in accordance with established procedures.

- Liaising with venue management, emergency services and operational teams.

- Managing radio communications and operational requests.

- Maintaining accurate incident reports, security logs and records.

- Supporting the smooth operation of the precinct during everyday activities and major events.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are professional, reliable and confident working in a busy security environment.

Essential requirements:





- Current Victorian Security Licence with the appropriate Control Room Operator authorisation.

- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security control rooms or similar environments.

- Strong communication and computer skills.

- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.

- Excellent attention to detail and incident-reporting skills.

- Availability to work a rotating roster, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays.

- Full Australian working rights.

Experience working in major sporting venues, entertainment precincts, large commercial facilities or other complex security environments will be highly regarded.
