Your Key Accountabilities:

The core capability requirements for this role are:

- Investigate and review operational practices and processes, staff and client issues.
- Allocate resources (human and physical) to meet operational and administrative requirements.
- Research,



analyse and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to assist in the resolution of identified issues with a focus on the continuous improvement of service delivery.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to assist with planning and tasking coordination of PSG resources to support operational requirements.
- Liaise with staff and clients on matters relating to the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act together with the Standards and Procedures of Protective Services.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of Protective Services Operational Plans.
- Provide leadership, supervision and training to staff in the areas of Protective Services operations and procedures, client service, performance management and development, equity, and workplace health and safety.

Role Requirements:

- Current First Aid Medical Certificate
- Desirable operational experience - familiarity with Protective Services Group and TransLink roles and responsibilities
