Part-time Bookkeeper role based in Brisbane CBD | Permanent

Your new companyThis Australian-owned company that operates in the retail sector is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time permanent basis (20 hours per week). The position will be based in their Brisbane CBD offices, which are located close to various public transport connections, and they also offer WFH (1–2 days per week).
Your recent roleReporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

- Processing both accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Preparing and processing a payroll

What you’ll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:





- Previous experience working in a bookkeeper / finance officer role
- Experience using the Xero system
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
