The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by delivering a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of transport and social infrastructure projects, operating and maintaining thousands of kilometres of roads and managing our city’s public transport network.
Service SA is the primary provider of frontline government services, delivering driver licensing, vehicle registration, and customer support through both in-person and digital channels.
We are seeking a customer-focused Team Leader to lead and support a team of Service Delivery Officers in delivering high-quality customer service. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage daily operations, allocate workloads, and support staff development. They will confidently manage escalated and complex customer matters, ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements, and foster a high-performing team environment. Special Conditions
- A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
- Must be prepared to be reassigned to different Service SA locations during periods of staff absences and high workloads or as required to meet business needs.
Remuneration ASO4 - $79,432 to $83,266 pa + superannuation
