WorkCon is recruiting construction labourers of all levels for upcoming and ongoing roles with established builders and contractors across the Sunshine Coast.

Must-Have Attributes

Reliability - The ability to self-organise, be punctual & consistent

Robust communication - Plan ahead & proactively coordinate with your supervisor

Work ethic & a willingness to learn - Turning up with a positive attitude & showing iniative will take you a long way

Your role may include:

General site labour

Using basic hand and power tools

Assisting trades and site supervisors

Operating machinery or other relevant licensed work

What You Need

Current White Card

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Hard-hat, safety boots & hi-vis clothing

Previous labouring experience will be highly regarded

Additional tickets such as Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift, Telehandler, Hoist, Blue Card (working with children), Dogging or other plant competencies will be highly regarded.
