About the role

We’re looking for an eCommerce & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Creative team. This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you'll work alongside our Marketing and Creative team to deliver campaigns and product launches across our global markets. With ecommerce at the heart of the role, you'll be responsible for:

- Manage Shopify website content, products and collections

- Build and schedule Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows

- Support website optimisation, SEO and UX improvements

- Monitor ecommerce performance and campaign insights

- Coordinate retailer and distributor launch assets

- Assist with campaign, content and shoot coordination

- Maintain the marketing calendar and weekly priorities

- Keep marketing projects on track through Asana

About you





- 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce or marketing

- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo

- Robust understanding of analytics, SEO and UX

- Highly organised with excellent time management

- Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or similar (or equivalent experience)

- A genuine passion for beauty
