About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and coordinating health supports for NDIS participants and community clients.

You will work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support workers, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to improve health outcomes, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our expanding clinical team. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical nursing services to participants and clients within their homes, Supported independent living homes (SIL), Group homes and community settings. You will work collaboratively with participants, families, support workers, allied health professionals, medical practitioners, and community service providers to deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments. Develop and review individualised care plans. Deliver community nursing interventions and clinical support.





Monitor and respond to changes in participant health and wellbeing. Perform wound care, catheter care, continence management, and chronic disease management. Support participants with complex health needs.

Medication Management Administer medications in accordance with legislation and clinical requirements. Monitor medication effectiveness and adverse reactions. Maintain medication administration records and documentation.

NDIS Nursing Supports Deliver NDIS-funded community nursing supports. Support participants requiring high-intensity daily personal activities. Assist with: Diabetes management Enteral feeding Tracheostomy care Epilepsy management Complex wound care Dysphagia management Medication administration Care Coordination Collaborate with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in case reviews and clinical planning. Coordinate referrals and specialist services. Support hospital discharge and community transitions.

Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Adhere to AHPRA, NMBA, NDIS Practice Standards, and clinical governance requirements. Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential Requirements ? Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse ? Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification ?

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate ? Current Australian Driver Licence ?

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check ? National Police Check ? Robust clinical assessment and communication skills ?
