About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service representative for Butcher Shop to join the team at Princi Butchers Pty Ltd in Bicton, WA 6157. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing an essential service to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our butchery, creating welcoming interactions and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their experience. You will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for quality service and building lasting relationships with our local community.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and professionally as they enter the shop

- Providing product recommendations and information about our range of meats and butchery offerings

- Processing customer transactions accurately using the till system

- Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Assisting with stock presentation and shop cleanliness throughout your shift

- Supporting the butchery team with general shop duties as required

- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and special offers to share with customers

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in a food retail environment

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service

- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (desirable but not essential)

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced retail environment





- Reliable and punctual with a adaptable approach to casual shift work

- Basic numeracy skills for till operation and handling cash transactions

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about butchery products and practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Food safety awareness and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
