About the role

Kingfisher Seafoods' is seeking a skilled Fish Filleter to join our team in our Camberwell, VIC 3124 location. As a full-time Fish Filleter, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately filleting and preparing a variety of fresh seafood products to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

- Expertly fillet, de-bone and prepare a range of fresh seafood products to customer specifications

- Ensure all products meet Kingfisher Seafoods' high quality and presentation standards

- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment

- Assist with other general fish processing and preparation duties as required

- Work collaboratively within our team

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Fish Filleter or similar role in a seafood processing environment

- Excellent knife skills and the ability to fillet and prepare a wide variety of fish and seafood products

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship





- Ability to work efficiently

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques

- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
