The role

We're looking for a hands-on coordinator to own specialised and out-of-gauge shipments from quote to delivery. You'll price and plan boats, machinery and oversized cargo on RORO, flat rack and break bulk services, then manage each job through to completion.

What you'll do

- Prepare accurate, competitive quotes for boats, machinery and oversized cargo

- Work out the best shipping method (RORO, flat rack, break bulk or container) based on cargo dimensions, weight and route

- Arrange bookings with shipping lines, agents, transport providers and depots

- Coordinate lifting, lashing,



securing and any permits or escorts

- Manage shipments end to end, keeping customers updated at every stage

- Work with our customs and quarantine team on documentation and clearance

- Solve problems when schedules, vessels or cargo requirements change

What we're looking for

- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics, ideally with RORO, flat rack, break bulk or project cargo

- Confidence reading cargo specs and dimensions and turning them into workable shipping solutions

- Strong attention to detail and pricing accuracy

- Excellent communication with customers and suppliers

- Ability to juggle several shipments and deadlines at once

- Experience with freight or CargoWise-type systems (desirable)
