Truck Mechanic (Diesel Technician)
Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Diesel Technician to join our well-equipped workshop in Acacia Ridge. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional team in a growing business that values quality workmanship, safety, and ongoing development.

This role reports to the Workshop Manager and involves a wide range of work, including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on light to medium trucks and commercial vehicles.

About the Role

- Perform servicing, repairs, and fault diagnostics on light and medium vehicles

- Identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools

- Complete work to a high standard within required timeframes

- Maintain accurate service and repair records

- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely

- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

- Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic/Light vehicle mechanic looking to upskill (or 4th year apprentice nearing completion)

- Experience working on light/medium trucks or commercial vehicles





- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and time management skills

- Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship

- Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
