About the Role

As the Service Advisor, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for customers servicing their vehicles. You’ll manage bookings, provide expert guidance, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied while supporting the performance of the service department.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the main contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs

- Greet customers professionally and deliver exceptional service experiences

- Manage bookings, repair orders, and service documentation accurately

- Provide clear estimates on cost, timeframes, and required work

- Liaise with technicians and workshop teams to monitor job progress

- Communicate updates to customers and manage expectations effectively

- Identify additional service opportunities and maximise service and parts sales

- Resolve customer concerns promptly to build strong relationships and loyalty

- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and dealership standards

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills





- Experience in a customer-facing or sales role (automotive highly regarded)

- Good understanding of motor vehicles (preferred)

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

- A professional, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
