You were made to create what's next. Our 2027 Internship and Scholarship Program gives students the opportunity to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment, apply their studies to real workplace projects and learn from experienced professionals.

This opportunity is based on site at our Mill in Millicent, South Australia. Applicants must be available to work from this location for the duration of their internship placement.

About the Program

Based at our Millicent Mill, our Engineering Internship Program is designed to provide practical experience, professional exposure and technical development to support your engineering studies and future career.

Commencing in January 2027, these paid internships will run for a fixed six-week period. Opportunities are available across three engineering disciplines:

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Chemical/Process Engineering

As an Engineering Intern, you will join our Engineering team and gain exposure to different areas of the business, including world-class manufacturing, reliability excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll have the opportunity to apply your university learning to real business challenges while developing your technical and professional capabilities.

In addition, one successful candidate will be awarded a scholarship as part of the program. The successful candidate will be eligible for a payment of $2,000 for each year of their studies and will be offered future internship opportunities throughout the duration of their degree.



This unique opportunity combines ongoing financial support with valuable hands-on industry experience and long-term professional development.

About You

We're looking for motivated engineering students who are eager to learn, contribute and develop their careers in a manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a tertiary degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process Engineering

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

- Strong planning and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Interest in manufacturing, engineering reliability or process improvement

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
