Kitchen Installer. Permanent, full time, based at our Botany workshop.

This is a site role. Most of your week is spent on installs across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and North Shore. When there's a gap in the install schedule, you'll help build cabinets in our factory. You're on our payroll, not an ABN.

Aalbor has made kitchens in Sydney for over 20 years. We're investing in the business, and we have more booked work than our install team can handle. That's why we're hiring.

THE JOB

- Take installs from check-measure through to handover: set out, level, pack, scribe, then fit doors, drawers, panels and hardware

- Run your own site day, and deal with the client and other trades

- Sort out what Sydney renovations throw at you: walls out of square, uneven floors, old terraces

- Between installs: cutting, edging and assembling in the factory

WHAT YOU NEED





- Solid experience installing complete kitchens on your own

- Cabinet making skills: panel saw, edgebander, carcass assembly

- Current driver's licence and White Card

- The work involves regular two-person lifts, kneeling and ladder work. If you need adjustments, ask.

WHAT YOU GET

- $92,500–$100,000 base + 12% super (package $103,600–$112,00)

- Permanent: paid annual and sick leave, super paid for you. No invoices, no chasing payment, no quiet weeks without income.

- Company vehicle for work use, all power tools, plant and consumables supplied

- Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

- Report directly to Gus, co-owner. Decisions get made quickly.
