Our mission is to empower people living with a disability to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and participate meaningfully in the community.

About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis.

In this role, you will support NDIS participants with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and social participation. You will play an important role in helping participants build independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

• Providing person-centred support to participants in their homes and in the community

• Assisting with personal care, including showering, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

• Supporting participants with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and household duties

• Assisting with community access, appointments, shopping, social activities, and recreational outings

• Encouraging independence, choice, dignity, and community inclusion

• Communicating effectively with participants, families, carers, and other support team members





• Maintaining accurate progress notes and records in line with organisational requirements

• Following care plans, behaviour support strategies, and workplace health and safety procedures

• Reporting incidents, hazards, or concerns promptly and professionally

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or equivalent qualification or willing to obtain

• Current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain

• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain

• Robust communication and interpersonal skills

• A caring, respectful, and professional approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
