As Branch Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day performance of an RACQ Mobility branch delivering automotive and glass services. You’ll support your team, drive operational and financial results, and create positive experiences for our members and customers. About the role

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy branch, balancing people leadership, operational delivery, safety, customer service and commercial performance.

You will:

- Lead, coach and support employees to achieve individual, team and branch outcomes
- Oversee daily workflows, scheduling, job allocation, service delivery and resource planning
- Deliver agreed revenue, margin, cost, customer service and operational performance outcomes
- Maintain safe and compliant operations while driving improvements in efficiency, service quality and business performance
- Build strong relationships with members, customers and stakeholders while supporting local business development and broader Mobility initiatives

About you

You’re an adaptable and commercially minded operational leader who combines strong people skills with a genuine commitment to safety, service and performance.

You’ll bring:

- Branch or operational management experience within a customer-focused service environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse frontline teams
- Strong commercial capability, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance analysis
- Experience managing safety, operational risk, compliance and incident investigations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, ideally gained within automotive, mobility, trade services, retail operations or a comparable industry
