Do you speak chef?

Not metaphorically. We mean: can you walk into a kitchen, talk product with a head chef, and earn their respect before you've even opened your bag?

You don't need to have worn the whites yourself. A chef background is a real plus, but it's not the point. What matters is that you understand how the hospitality industry works; how a kitchen runs, how a venue makes its margins, and what chefs and operators actually care about.

We're looking for someone who grew up around food, worked in hospitality, or simply lives and breathes the industry. Someone who knows the difference between a positive product and a great one, and can articulate exactly why it matters.

At Eustralis Food QLD, we import and distribute premium European food, predominantly from France, to some of Brisbane's best restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses. Our clients are chefs and operators who know their craft. They don't have time for a generic sales pitch. They need a rep who can keep up.

What you'll actually be doing

- Building real relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality buyers across Brisbane

- Championing a product range worth talking about

- Opening new accounts while making sure existing ones never feel forgotten

- Being on the floor, in the kitchen, in the market; not behind a screen





- Knowing your customers inside out, their menu, their kitchen rhythm, their next challenge, before they've had to ask

You'll fit right in if you:

- Understand how the hospitality and food service industry operates, and what chefs and operators actually care about

- Have a background in hospitality, food service, or culinary arts (a chef background is a bonus, not a requirement); or a genuine obsession with food culture

- Are commercially sharp and self-driven

- Take pride in your word, your follow-through, and your standards

- Hold full working rights in Australia (no working holiday visas)

- Speak French? Not essential, but a genuine advantage, as our range is largely French
