Premier Services Group (PSG) is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive Workforce Manager to lead recruitment, workforce planning and employee experience across our Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical and corporate teams.

This newly created role is designed to take the load off managers, reduce recruitment costs, and build strong talent pipelines that support our strategic growth.

About the Role

You’ll be the central point for workforce resourcing across multiple states—attracting great people, forecasting labour needs, strengthening retention, and ensuring our projects and operations are always well resourced.

What you’ll do

- Manage end to end recruitment for trades, technical, project and corporate roles

- Build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill positions

- Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and future growth

- Reduce agency reliance through proactive sourcing and industry engagement

- Coordinate onboarding and deliver a consistent new starter experience

- Conduct check-ins and support early retention

- Track recruitment and turnover trends, providing insights to leadership





- Strengthen employee engagement and identify retention risks early

What you’ll bring

- 3+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce resourcing

- Experience in construction, building services, engineering or trade-based industries

- Strong stakeholder management across operational and corporate teams

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities across regions and departments

- A proactive, solutions focused approach with strong communication skills

- Understanding of subcontractor and project-based workforce environments
