About the role

Australian Radiology Partners (ARP) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of diagnostic, interventional radiology and theranostics services. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role for someone who can move confidently between operational problem-solving, client relationships, clinical governance, team leadership and strategic projects. Working closely with the CEO/General Manager and radiologists, you will help ensure services run efficiently, hospital and corporate partners receive a consistently high standard of support, and improvement initiatives are translated into practical results.

Key responsibilities

- Lead daily operations across diagnostic radiology, Vascular & Interventional Radiology Queensland (VIRQ) and Theranostics and Nuclear Medicine Queensland (TNMQ)

- Manage and develop Diagnostic, VIRQ and TNMQ businesses, including literacy of Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), private health and other financial sources

- Oversee ARP employees and contractors

- Build trusted relationships with hospital partners, corporate clients, referrers and radiologists

- Monitor service performance, including turnaround times and contractual service levels

- Oversee client escalations and drive timely, well-documented resolution of service issues

- Support radiologist recruitment,



credentialling, contracting and onboarding

- Maintain strong clinical governance, incident reporting and compliance systems

- Provide secretariat support to key Board committees

- Identify growth opportunities and lead approved operational and technology improvements

About you

- At least five years' operations management experience in healthcare

- Experience in diagnostic imaging, interventional radiology or nuclear medicine is highly desirable

- A sound understanding of clinical governance, medical credentialling and healthcare accreditation standards

- Robust commercial judgement and confidence working with performance data, financial reports and business cases

- Demonstrated success leading medical administration or operational teams

- Excellent communication skills and the credibility to engage radiologists, executives and senior client stakeholders

- A practical, calm and accountable approach to competing priorities and operational issues

- Ability to travel regularly across Queensland
