Gouge Linen & Garment Services is a leading provider of commercial linen and garment solutions throughout Victoria. We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our Mooroopna Logistics team.

This hands-on role is critical to supporting our warehouse, production and logistics operations by ensuring stock is accurately received, stored, managed and distributed. We are looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in their work, maintains high safety standards and can be trusted to work independently while contributing positively to the team and taking ownership of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory across Warehouse and Production storage areas for New and Processed Linen





- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Receive, store and distribute stock efficiently and accurately.

- Conduct stocktakes and inventory audits.

- Support Coordination of stock replenishment to production requirements.

- Support purchasing, inventory and supplier records with finance department.

- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Liaise with Production and Logistics to ensure operational requirements are met.

- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.

- Transport goods, linen and materials between warehouse, storage and production areas using forklifts and company vehicles, ensuring secure and timely delivery.

- Perform routine inventory and warehouse safety checks, identifying damaged stock, storage hazards and stock discrepancies while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.

- Operate forklifts safely, including high-reach racking. Complete Forklift Safety Inspections Daily

- Follow all company safety policies, procedures and housekeeping standards.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and inventory operations.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Current Australian Driver Licence.

- Current Forklift Licence.





- High-Reach Forklift Experience Essential.

- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Strong computer skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.

- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks.

- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.

Desirable

- MR or HR Licence.

- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environments.
