About the Role
We are seeking an organised and motivated Client File Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of client files from start to finish — ensuring documentation is complete, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear and professional throughout the visa process. You’ll work closely with our Registered Migration Agents to prepare and manage visa applications with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client files through all stages of the visa process

- Liaise with clients to collect documentation and information

- Prepare, review,



and organise application materials for lodgement

- Maintain accurate and compliant records and case notes

- Communicate with government departments and third parties as required

- Support the migration team to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant operations

Skills & Experience

- Solid administrative and organisational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

- Experience in migration, legal, or professional services administration required

- Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
