Hi there! We are EPV. We are proud to be recognized as an industry leader specializing in the mechanical repair and major inspection of a wide range of energy grid maintenance & support equipment, including truck-mounted MEWPs, Cranes Borers, Vehicle Loading Cranes, Carrier Trucks, ancillary equipment and more. Our services are crucial for essential sectors such as electricity, gas, rail, telecommunications and fire services.

As we continue to expand, we are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service and Parts Advisor to join our vibrant team at our Keilor Park workshop on a full time basis. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting EPV Rental Assets and customer-owned equipment within our two state-of-the-art workshops as well as field service.

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of customer service and managing compliance. Planning and scheduling routine maintenance, repairs and breakdowns on specialized trucks and equipment. From routine inspections to breakdowns and planning complex mid-life overhauls, you will be the genius behind preserving our clients' fleets in impeccable condition. Be prepared to take on a diverse range of equipment, from trucks to cutting-edge electrical machinery, allowing you to constantly test and expand your skills and expertise, bringing excitement to your work every single day.

Core duties:

- Welcoming customers and providing professional, friendly service

- Managing vehicle bookings and coordinating workshop schedules

- Coordinating field service schedules

- Preparing quotes and obtaining customer approvals

- Communicating vehicle requirements and repair recommendations

- Manage local parts department to ensure repair efficiencies and parts sales





- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

- Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team

- Invoicing and closing out completed jobs and parts sales

- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers

- Identifying opportunities to provide additional value and maintain customer vehicles

- Grow the local customer base

About you

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator or similar automotive customer service role

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Good automotive knowledge and an understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs

- Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills

- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

- A positive, can-do attitude

- Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right first time

- Someone who takes ownership and cares about delivering a great customer experience
