As our Membership Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our club's growth. You will create a welcoming, high-energy environment where prospects and members feel inspired, own the sales and membership process from first enquiry to sign-up, and meet monthly sales and performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment where prospects and members feel inspired
- Own the sales and membership process, from first enquiry to sign-up
- Meet monthly sales and performance targets
- Help execute sales and pre-sale campaigns, including for new clubs
- Create lead generation and outreach plans, and build local promotional partnerships
- Drive the club's social media pages, live feeds and reels
- Build a relationship with every member and know each by their first name
- Support daily club operations and assist with administrative tasks
About you
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience within the fitness industry (essential)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Computer literate
- You love the chase, thrive on targets and know how to turn a conversation into a commitment
- You go above and beyond without being asked
- You follow through and have a real hunger to succeed
- You are passionate about fitness and love empowering others to reach their goals
