We're looking for Coxswain Grade 1 NC or higher for our boat rental and cruise operations.

Seasonal/full time contract available for the right fit.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our crew to run the daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day fulfilment of our boat rental and cruise activities. Our customers love us, and we plan to keep it that way!

The right candidate shall have the ability to handle a wide range of tasks and priorities, can remain calm under pressure and can always deliver amazing customer service. In your down time we would love for you to help grow the business to reach its full potential.

Given the nature of our business, the roles are varied hours and require weekend commitment, along with a combination of both hands-on and administrative functions from the Yarra River.

Skills & qualifications:





- Coxswain Grade 1 NC or Master less than 24m

- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and working in a professional team

- Previous maintenance / management experience

- Can listen and act on directions with safety as a key priority

Personality & attributes:

- Great communicator, with high attention to detail

- Cool under pressure and able to work quickly and decisively

- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Flexible and resourceful

- Able to work with a range of customers across a seven day week

Desirables:

- Hands on / maintenance experience

- Local Knowledge 18/19

- RSA

- Business development minded/experience

- Experience in sales, marketing and events
