At our Underwood store, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, upbeat team environment where customer experience comes first. We’re now looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as a Specialist Sales Consultant.

About the Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll help customers find the perfect fit – from boots and hi-vis to uniforms and PPE. You’ll be part of a passionate team that values great service, attention to detail, and genuine product knowledge (don’t worry, full training is provided).

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Welcome customers and assist with product selection in a skilled, friendly manner

- Provide expert advice and fitting support (training provided!)

- Accurately process sales and orders through our POS system

- Keep our store tidy, well-stocked,



and visually appealing

- Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and customer needs

- Stay up to date with the latest workwear trends and product info

What We’re Looking For:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and people skills

- Proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

- Computer-savvy (POS or admin system experience a plus)

- Available to work weekdays and weekend.

- Min 25 hours per week

- Knowledge of workwear or safety gear is a bonus – but not essential
