Protech are recruiting experienced Civil Labourers for multiple major infrastructure and residential subdivision projects across Brisbane's northern suburbs. Current project locations include Caboolture, Morayfield, Bracken Ridge, Joyner & Northgate.

These are long-term opportunities with reputable civil contractors, offering consistent hours, competitive rates and the potential for ongoing work. Candidates with previous civil construction, roadworks or subdivision experience are highly encouraged to apply.

What's on Offer?

- Immediate starts available
- Ongoing, long-term project work
- Monday to Friday roster | 6:30am to 5:00pm
- $39.00 - $43.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Penalty rates paid after 7.6 hours worked
- Daily travel allowance
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity to work on major civil infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities

- General civil labouring duties
- Spotting and assisting plant operators
- Assisting drainage and pipe crews
- Site clean-up and housekeeping
- Spreading gravel, bedding material and backfilling
- Installing and removing temporary fencing and signage
- Manual handling and use of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Skills & Experience Required





- Construction Industry White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Previous civil construction, roadworks or subdivision experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Additional tickets highly regarded, including:
- Roller
- Excavator
- Skid Steer
- Telehandler
- Confined Space
- Working at Heights
