This is a unique opportunity to work across the Sunshine Coast road network, helping keep Queensland's roads safe, operational and accessible. As part of our Incident Response team, you'll respond to incidents and emergency events, support disaster recovery activities, and undertake road maintenance works that directly contribute to the safety of road users.

Based from our Corbould Park depot, you'll be part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering essential services to the community while working in a supportive and safety-focused setting.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. Depending on operational needs, you may be:

- Responding to traffic incidents, crashes and other emergency situations
- Supporting recovery efforts during severe weather and natural disaster events
- Making roads safe by removing hazards and repairing damaged assets
- Undertaking road and roadside maintenance activities across the network
- Installing and maintaining road safety infrastructure
- Working as part of a small, highly effective team that helps keep Queensland moving

This is a physically active, outdoor role suited to people who enjoy practical work, value teamwork,



and take pride in delivering outcomes that make a visible difference.

Roster and Location

This position operates on a 9-day fortnight with a rotating roster that includes:

- Day and afternoon shifts
- On-call responsibilities
- Weekend and public holiday coverage
- Emergency response activities during major weather events and network Incidents
- Employees will be compensated for Overtime and allowances
