Automotive Service Advisor

South Morang Motor Group is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. You’ll be the link between our customers and workshop, helping each customer understand the work being carried out and keeping their service experience running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Welcome customers, listen to their concerns and accurately record their service requirements.

- Book and coordinate servicing and repairs with the workshop.

- Keep customers informed about progress, timing and any recommended work.

- Prepare clear estimates and explain completed work when vehicles are collected.

- Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

What you’ll bring





- Solid communication and customer service skills.

- The ability to stay organised in a busy service department.

- Confidence using computer systems and managing several tasks at once.

- A practical, team focused approach.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is highly regarded.
