ESS Manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote works, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
The Position:
- Lead catering staff to ensure high standards in food production and service.
- Allocate tasks, assist with training, and promote team development.
- Maintain secure, hygienic kitchen and dining areas in line with food safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
