Junior Property Manager | Inner East | $70K + Super

An excellent opportunity is available for a Junior Property Manager to join a highly regarded, close-knit agency in Melbourne’s Inner East.

This role would suit an Assistant or developing Property Manager who presents professionally, communicates well and is ready to learn. You’ll manage a local portfolio of approximately 130 properties, with support from an experienced team.

The Role

With support around you, you’ll develop across:

- Day-to-day portfolio management
- Rental provider and renter relationships
- Maintenance coordination




- Routine, entry and exit inspections
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears and tenancy matters
- VCAT processes and compliance

About You

You may currently be an Assistant Property Manager, Junior Property Manager or experienced Leasing Consultant looking to take the next step.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Professional, polished and a strong communicator
- Genuinely eager to learn and develop
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
- Experienced within residential real estate or Property Management
- Victorian real estate qualified with a driver's licence and vehicle

You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most is having the right foundation, presentation and attitude to develop into a strong Property Manager.
