Our client is seeking Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join their growing team across Logan and surrounding areas, providing high-quality, person-centred care within the community.

This is an opportunity for experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurses who enjoy working closely with clients, supporting independence and delivering clinical care in a community-based environment.

You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing care to clients who may have disability, complex health or high-intensity support needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Deliver secure, person-centred nursing care in accordance with individual care and support plans
• Administer medications and complete medication-related documentation
• Monitor clients' health, wellbeing and clinical presentation
• Provide wound care and other clinical interventions within your scope of practice
• Support clients with continence care, catheter care and other complex care requirements where required
• Assist with PEG feeding and high-intensity supports where appropriately trained and competent
• Identify and escalate changes in a client's condition appropriately
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, progress records and incident documentation
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Clinical Case Managers, support workers and other healthcare professionals
• Support clients to maintain their independence, dignity, choice and quality of life
• Follow organisational policies, clinical procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
• Respond calmly and professionally to changing or challenging situations within the community

About You:




We are looking for Enrolled Nurses who are confident working independently while remaining part of a wider clinical team.

You will ideally have experience within community nursing, disability, supported independent living, home care or complex care, although candidates with strong transferable nursing experience are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements:
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Current Australian working rights
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one where required
• Ability to complete relevant worker screening and compliance requirements
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently and professionally within clients' homes and community settings
• Reliable transport and ability to travel within the Logan area as required
