- Support disciplinary and workplace matters, including investigations, interviews, documentation and recommendations, under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager.
- Assist with enterprise agreement bargaining activities,

including preparing factual employee communications and supporting the preparation and collation of documentation for submission to the Fair Work Commission.
- Assist with the review, implementation and monitoring of HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline is essential.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally supporting a blue-collar or operational workforce, with exposure to unionised workplaces.
- Sound working knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, modern Awards and industrial instruments, with the ability to interpret and apply employment conditions and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Experience supporting disciplinary and workplace matters, including investigations, interviews, documentation and recommendations.
- The ability to provide practical advice on policy, procedure and day-to-day people management matters.
- Solid written and verbal communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

What’s in it for you?

- A secure permanent role with opportunities to grow your skills, experience and career.
- A competitive salary package, including annual bonus eligibility.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with three anchor days in the office on Monday and Wednesday plus one additional day of your choice.
- The opportunity to work with a capable, professional and driven team.
- The opportunity to gain practical exposure to mergers and acquisitions by assisting in HR due diligence, employee transition, and business integration.
- Exposure to a range of meaningful projects that will build your experience and capability.
- A Southbank office location close to public transport, with onsite parking and free gym access.
