Your new role
An opportunity is available for an intermediate level Contract Administrator to join an established project team delivering commercial, industrial and health projects valued up to $30m.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be involved across the full commercial delivery of projects, including subcontractor procurement, contract administration, variations, progress claims, cost reporting and project close-out. This role would suit a CA who can manage their own responsibilities while continuing to develop within a supportive team. This role provides an opportunity for the candidate to both office and site based.

What you will need to succeed





- Around 3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder
- Experience working on commercial construction projects
- Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualifications
- Strong subcontractor procurement and contract administration skills
- Good understanding of variations, progress claims and cost reporting
- Jobpac experience would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a project team
- A stable employment history and a genuine interest in building a long-term career
