While our FOH Manager ensures the "gears" of the operation turn smoothly, you will be the heart of the floor. You are a foundational leader and a true culture cultivator who ensures our glass half full energy is felt by every guest and team member.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Lead and Mentor: Demonstrate "The Maggio's Way" through warmth and presence while actively coaching the team in the moment to help them reach their full potential.
· Maintain Standards and Energy: Drive accountability to our Code of Conduct & Handbook while safeguarding the venue's positive atmosphere, ensuring the team remains focused and ambitious during peak periods.
· Operational Excellence:



Uphold expert knowledge of our products, menu and catering while ensuring the venue remains organized, clean, and visually stunning.
· Enhance the Guest Experience: Serve as a foundational brand ambassador on the floor, identifying natural opportunities to delight customers and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and quality of Maggio's.
WHO YOU ARE:
We are high volume and we get really busy. You are a hospitality skilled with at least 2 years of experience in high-volume environments. You thrive in the energy of a busy service, and you truly C-A-R-E (Customer-obsessed, Aware, Respectful, with an Eye for Detail).
