The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and innovative Applications Developer to join Trinity Grammar School’s Digital Services Team. This full time, ongoing position is based at our Kew campus and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where technology plays a key role in enhancing the School’s operations and strategic goals.

The Role

We are seeking an innovative and customer-focused Applications Developer & Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Services Team. In this dynamic role, you will design, develop, support and enhance business applications across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Azure Services and custom .NET applications.

Working closely with stakeholders across the School, you will translate business requirements into practical technology solutions, deliver system enhancements, provide application support, and drive continuous improvement across our digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys combining technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and innovation to make a meaningful impact in a leading independent school.

Some duties you will be involved with but not limited to include:

- Provide responsive Tier 2–3 application support, troubleshooting complex application, data, workflow and integration issues.

- Design,



develop and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dynamics 365.

- Maintain and improve SharePoint Online sites, workflows, permissions and information architecture.

- Support and enhance custom .NET applications, APIs and integrations, applying secure development and version-control practices.

- Develop and maintain scalable cloud solutions using Azure services, including Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus and API Management.

- Partner with stakeholders across the School to gather requirements, document processes and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

- Test, document and support the controlled release of system changes while balancing project delivery with day-to-day operational support.

- Deliver professional, patient and customer-focused service while contributing to the continuous improvement of the School’s systems and processes.

What we are looking for:

You will bring strong experience in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, .NET development, SharePoint Online and Azure integrations, with the ability to design, support and continuously improve business applications. Relevant tertiary qualifications and Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded.

You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating business requirements into practical technical solutions. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, deliver outstanding customer service, and can balance operational support,



project work and competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Essential Requirements

- Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and .NET.

- Strong troubleshooting, application support and business analysis capabilities.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Current Employee Working with Children Check.
