The Opportunity:
Integrity, safety, honesty and accountability drive everything this business does. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their energetic team and lead the delivery of exciting civil projects.
This is a key position with a major influence on the company's success. You will provide leadership and expert solutions across your allocated projects, with real ownership from planning through to completion.

What you'll be doing:

- Driving project strategy and execution, Lead delivery and help shape the direction of your projects from planning to completion
- Building strong stakeholder relationships, Use your technical expertise to connect with and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Leading and developing people, Mentor and grow your project team
- Managing structure and compliance,



Take part in compliance reporting, project budgets, contract management, procurement and other administrative activities

This is a diverse role, and responsibilities extend beyond those listed.
About You

- Qualified qualified: You hold formal qualifications in Civil Engineering and have a proven track record in project management within civil construction, ideally on large subdivision projects
- Subject matter expert: You have strong commercial aptitude, a deep understanding of WHSEQ standards and process improvement, and solid exposure to relevant legislation, regulations and compliance requirements
- Strategic thinker: You take ownership of project strategy, applying best practice techniques, analytical insight and complex problem solving
- Bias to action: You are an ambitious self-starter, driven to deliver successful outcomes for your team and your customer
- Natural leader: You are results focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
